Parent Resources & Support
Supporting your child starts with supporting you. At Family Star, we recognize that families benefit from both practical tools and meaningful support—especially during times of stress or transition.
Strong emotions—like stress, fear, and anxiety—are a natural part of life for both children and adults. Building healthy ways to cope strengthens resilience and supports overall well-being for the whole family.
We encourage families to explore resources and learning opportunities on topics such as:
- Montessori education at home
- Child development and behavior
- School readiness and transitions
- Family well-being and stress management
