Dear Family Star Community,
As we move toward the closure of another meaningful school year, I am filled with gratitude for the growth, curiosity, and joy that have defined these past months. Across our classrooms and home-based programs, our children have continued to embody the Montessori spirit—engaging deeply with their environments, building independence, and forming thoughtful connections with one another. It has been a wonderful year of learning and discovery, made possible by the dedication of our educators and the strength of our community.
I’m also writing to share an important update on our facilities journey. Our Northwest building is currently under contract and in escrow, marking a significant step forward in aligning our physical spaces with our long-term vision. At the same time, we are actively in the due diligence phase for the purchase of a new building in Lakewood. This is a complex process with many moving pieces, and timelines are largely dependent on external factors, including city processes and approvals. While we are encouraged by the progress, it’s important to note that details are still being finalized and timelines may shift. We are sharing what we know at this moment and will continue to provide updates as more information becomes confirmed.
As we look ahead, we are equally excited for the summer months—a time for exploration, more outdoor play, and connection with nature. We look forward to a season filled with joyful experiences for our children and opportunities for continued community building.
